Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating an account or using COHEB EduConnect, your school agrees to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the accounts you invite, and for keeping credentials confidential.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access records belonging to another school, disrupt the service, or upload harmful content.
Your data
Your school retains ownership of the records it enters. You grant COHEB EduConnect the limited rights needed to host and display those records to your authorised users.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and may perform maintenance. Features may evolve as the product improves.
Fees
Where a paid plan applies, charges, billing cycle and any taxes are those communicated to your school in writing before the plan starts.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement. On termination we will make your school's data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
Liability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
